Profile:  Whole Cluster maceration and fermentation for about 30 days. Aged in a mix of older French oak barrels for 7 months.  Dark cherry, mushrooms, and forest floor with raspberry, plum, and espresso palate. This is a light-medium-bodied wine best served with a slight chill.  Organic, 200 cases produced.
