Profile: Notes of Lemon Meringue, white peaches, and dried apricots are among the aromatics. Rich tangerine and passion fruit drive the mid-palate flavor profile with supporting hints of lemongrass, ginger, and ripe pear. The finish is long and juicy, leaving bright notes of key lime pie, allspice, and leafy minerality lingering to wrap up a delicious spring and summer sipper.

Pairing Ideas: All the classic poultry and pork chops options are served with some potatoes au gratin or cheddar cheese grits side. Summer or Fall Vegetable pasta would be beautiful as a seasonal pairing.
